We can transfer the purchased amount of currency, or PLN, directly to your account or exchange it through a bank.
It is our pleasure to inform you that after a testing period we are launching currency transactions through banks. You can deposit cash and indicate the account number and the bank for receiving the transfer and vice versa, withdraw PLN or currency by indicating the person who will receive the money at the exchange. You can perform currency exchange through the bank completely. The transactions are provided after prior agreement through the phone or an e-mail. The final rate is set immediately upon receiving the money on our account. You can pick up the receipt in the exchange during its working hours. When determining the transaction period please take into account the bank’s working hours and the duration of interbank transfers. Usually, transferring money from one bank to another takes one working day. The exchange is constantly supervising account deposits.
Transfers inside one bank take only a minute. It is better to exchange larger amounts before 3 p.m. In the case of BANK–EXCHANGE transactions, you need to provide a name, ID no. or PESEL no. and a password for the person authorised to receive the money in the exchange, in the title of the transaction. A person making a deposit at the exchange needs to provide the receiving person’s data and their account number on a special form. A signed copy of the form constitutes a confirmation of the transaction. In cases regulated by the Polish Anti-money Laundering and Anti-terrorism Financing Act the customer is required to present their data for registration purposes. If you have a bank account in another bank, the transaction will be postponed by about one day and the currency rate is set immediately after the funds are deposited in our account. Low-amount transactions may incur additional bank commissions, about which the customer will be informed before the transaction. The commission is always calculated in PLN. Thus, the person purchasing currency deposits the appropriate amount of PLN plus the commission and the seller receives the amount subtracted by the commission.
Before the exchange, send us an email at kantor@centkantor.pl with information about the return transfer account or a declaration about receiving the amount in the exchange and a short description of the transaction.
Please make sure that the transaction is within the limits defined by your bank.
If the transaction exceed EUR 15,000 you are required to contact us in order to provide data for the General Inspector of Financial Information.
Call us before the exchange at 500–400–123 to agree about the rates. The agreed upon rate is valid for 20 minutes.
Transfer the exact amount to the appropriate account. In order to facilitate the transaction speed call us to confirm the transfer.
Transactions within a bank take from 5 to 15 minutes. Transactions do not incur any commissions. Exchange account table. REMEMBER – Transfer the currency to the appropriate currency account and PLN to the PLN account. Otherwise, the bank will exchange the currency.
